El Yoguilates es la combinación perfecta entre una práctica milenaria como es el yoga y un método para tonificar el cuerpo como es el pilates.
Cada movimiento se trabaja en conjunto con la respiración y tanto el yoga como el pilates nos ayudan a liberar las tensiones, aliviar el estrés y la ansiedad, entre otras cosas.
