En nuestras clases practicamos el sistema de LPF (Low Pressure Fitness), es un programa de entrenamiento postural y respiratorio. Inspirado en la técnica hipopresiva, combina el stretching miofascial, la reeducación postural, respiratoria y la movilización dinámica neural.
